Makenna Diekhoff made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances. Nola Houston was another key contributor, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
Lewistown made their fans wait, but they earned their first win of the season to make their record 1-3. As for Delavan, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
