The Chadwick Cardinals can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They really took it to School of the Ozarks for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-32 victory at home. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 50-17.
Graham Wilhoit and Josiah Martin certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Wilhoit scored eight points along with two steals, while Martin scored ten points. Timba Saffle was another key contributor, scoring five points along with three steals.
School of the Ozarks struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Chadwick's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-3. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 32.6 points. As for School of the Ozarks, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chadwick will take on New Covenant Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for School of the Ozarks, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Niangua at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
