The biggest upset of the week belonged to Franklin Parish, who took down 34th ranked Bastrop, 23-20.
Wossman took down West Ouachita 22-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Rams' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jaetarious Davis threw for 180 and two touchdowns and Jatavious Wilson had 95 yards receiving. On the ground Davis chipped in 67 yards. Devin Brown helped Bastrop's passing attack out by catching one ball for 51 yards.
Bastrop's Davis and Wilson have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading 4A District 2 in both passing and receiving yards. Davis has thrown for 1848 yards this season, while Wilson, a 5-foot-7 receiver, has 60 catches for 1187 yards. Neville's John Diarse leads the league in rushing yards with 796.
Going into this week's game against St. Michael, Thomas Bachman's team's Davis needs 152 passing yards to surpass 2,000 on the season.
The Patriots made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 2,150 from 2,688. The advance stemmed from a 23-20 victory over the Rams last week.
