The Peachtree Academy Panthers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Victory Baptist by a score of 78-70. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Peachtree Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Liam Abraham out in front who scored 19 points along with six assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Abraham has scored all season. Noah Rodriguez was another key contributor, scoring 23 points.
Peachtree Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Victory Baptist, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Peachtree Academy will take on the Firebirds at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Victory Baptist, they will be playing at home against the Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Killian Hill Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Monday.
