Commerce will venture away from home to face off against Daingerfield at 12:40 p.m. on Thursday.
Tuesday just wasn't the day for Commerce's offense. They lost 16-0 to Hughes Springs on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Tigers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Commerce saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kamdyn Mills, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double. Mills is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Daingerfield got the win against Gladewater on Monday by a conclusive 16-9. Considering the Tigers have won three contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Kaidence Mason was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and five unearned) runs off 13 hits. Those 11 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season.
In other batting news, Rachael Walker was incredible, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and one RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. Khloe Stroman was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three RBI, one triple, and one run.
Daingerfield always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Gladewater only posted an OBP of .378.
Commerce's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Daingerfield, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
