 Marshfield can attribute much of their success to  Michelle Potts, who  had nine  digs.
 The  defeat snapped Stevens Point's winning streak at six games  and leaves them with a 17-2 record. As for Marshfield, the  win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 19-1.
 Stevens Point will take on D.C. Everest at 9:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Marshfield, they will face off against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln at 9:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The last three games Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
