 On Northridge's side,  Jaden Anderson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaylee Shirreffs, who  scored a  run while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.
 Clearfield's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Northridge, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost eight of their last ten matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record  this season.
 Clearfield will  take on Viewmont at 5:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both teams will come into the  contest having just posted big wins, so someone is set to suffer a big change in fortunes. As for Northridge, they will be playing at home against Roy at 5:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
