Football Game Recap: St. Mary's vs. Clearwater/Orchard

Clearwater/Orchard took the match and then some with a 54-8 victory on Thursday over St. Mary's. The lopsided score is just par for the course this season for Clearwater/Orchard, who can brag about six blowout wins.

The Clearwater/Orchard offense pulled no punches in the first half and blazed their way to 32 points. Meanwhile, St. Mary's couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 32-0 heading into the break. Clearwater/Orchard put the game away in the third quarter with 16 points from the offense and zero points allowed from the defense.

Senior Chris Kester was the offensive standout of the match for Clearwater/Orchard, as he threw 4 TDs and picked up 51 yards on the ground.
