Nick Grindy posted a new career-low in walks on Tuesday. He was dynamite, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and not a single walk). He has become a key player for Orcutt Academy: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-9 otherwise.
