The ESAT Grizzlies scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They walked away with a 70-58 victory over CALS Early College. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win ESAT has managed all season.
ESAT can attribute much of their success to Niel Gabriel Sanchez, who scored 23 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Sanchez has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jonah Vasquez, who scored 14 points.
The win makes it two in a row for ESAT and bumps their season record up to 3-5. As for CALS Early College, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
ESAT will head out on the road to take on University Prep Value at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for CALS Early College, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Alliance Bloomfield at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Alliance Bloomfield is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
