The San Bernardino Cardinals will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Bloomington Bruins at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. San Bernardino will be strutting in after a victory while Bloomington will be coming in after a defeat.
San Bernardino put the finishing touches on their fourth blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They blew past Pacific 39-12 on the road. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point San Bernardino had established a 20 point advantage.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Bloomington's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 27-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of San Gorgonio.
The losing side was boosted by Diego Fraembs, who rushed for 156 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. Fraembs was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 64 yards.
San Bernardino is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Bloomington, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.
Everything came up roses for San Bernardino against Bloomington in their previous meeting back in September of 2015 as the squad secured a 45-3 victory. Will San Bernardino repeat their success, or does Bloomington have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
