Even though United Christian Academy has not done well against Calvary Academy recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way back in December of 2023. United Christian Academy walked away with a 48-40 win over Calvary Academy.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Cumberland Christian, who are still winless after their fourth matchup. They took a serious blow against King's Christian on Thursday, falling 76-18. Cumberland Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-9.
United Christian Academy's win ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1. As for Cumberland Christian, they bumped their record down to 0-4 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
United Christian Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Cumberland Christian when the teams last played back in March of 2023, but they still walked away with a 56-50 win.
