The biggest upset of the week belonged to Delaware Valley Charter, who took down 408th ranked Communications Tech, 12-0.
Imhotep Charter extended the longest winning streak in Philadelphia Public - AA this week by beating Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, 34-10. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Panthers.
Prep Charter's dynamic duo of Vion Dolo and Asa Manley proved tough for Roxborough to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Dolo threw for 108 yards and two touchdowns and Manley had 60 yards receiving. Anthony Wyche Jr. helped Prep Charter's passing attack out by catching one ball for 48 yards.
Eerin Young was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 17 carries, he ran for 176 yards as Imhotep Charter topped the Indians. Teammate David Williams added to the ground attack by rushing for 70 yards.
Albie Crosby's team's Andre Dreuitt and Young have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Dreuitt has thrown for 427 yards this season, while Young, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has nine catches for 180 yards. Manley from Tony Beaty's team leads the league in rushing with 387 yards.
A big matchup in Philadelphia Public - AA this week will be when Delaware Valley Charter takes on Roxborough. At the moment, Barry Thomas's team is in fourth, while Mike Stanley's team is in third.
Delaware Valley Charter moved up to 399 from 558 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Delaware Valley Charter was able to make the jump by beating Communications Tech 12-0.
