McPherson has gone 9-1 against Clearwater recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

McPherson is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Wellington just ended the team's 11-match winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, McPherson sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 26-28, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Clearwater came up short against Rose Hill on Tuesday and fell 2-0.

While Clearwater was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21.

McPherson's loss dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Clearwater, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13-1.

McPherson beat Clearwater 2-0 in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. Do the Bullpups have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Indians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
