The Brackenridge Eagles came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 59-30 victory over Lanier on the road. With that win, Brackenridge brought their scoring average up to 50.1 points per game.
Alasia Brown continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a triple-double on 31 points, 11 rebounds, and nine steals. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last 18 games she's played. Fatima Ivonne gloria was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
Brackenridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-14 record this season. As for Lanier, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-27.
