West Orange had won two straight games and Anaya Karriem did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The West Orange Mountaineers put the hurt on the Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions with a sharp 49-27 win thanks to Karriem, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and ten rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down ten or more in each of the last 17 games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Altanay Oakley, who posted three points and three steals. Those three points gave her a new career-high.

West Orange's victory bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Mount St. Dominic Academy, they dropped their record down to 6-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Orange will challenge Hillsborough at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Orange is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.8 points per game this season. As for Mount St. Dominic Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Essex at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
