The La Fargeville Knights entered their tilt with the Copenhagen Golden Knights with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. La Fargeville came out on top against the Golden Knights by a score of 51-42 on Saturday. For La Fargeville, this counts as revenge for the 46-44 defeat the Golden Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.
Defeat or not, Copenhagen got some senior leadership from Caden Miller and Samuel Carroll. Miller scored 13 points along with four steals, while Carroll. dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Carroll hasn't dropped below two blocks for 16 straight games.
La Fargeville pushed their record up to 5-2 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.7 points per game. As for Copenhagen, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-6.
La Fargeville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Copenhagen will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Belleville Henderson Central and the Golden Knights are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
