Westfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost to the Shadow Creek Sharks on the road by a 68-54 margin. On the bright side, the 54- point effort marked the Mustangs' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Westfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Shadow Creek, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Westfield will challenge Kinkaid at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Shadow Creek, they will square off against Ellison on Friday.
