A Season-Best  Performance from  Garrett Murphy Leads Laurens Academy over Oakbrook Prep
  Garrett Murphy produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Laurens Academy to the win  on Friday. Murphy rushed for 320 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 20.0 yards per carry, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  he has now  rushed for 159 or more in the last five games he's  played dating back to last season.
 Murphy must have Oakbrook Prep's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in September (the last time  Murphy saw the Knights), he rushed for 159 yards while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 47 receiving yards.

Bailey Made His Presence Known in Wardlaw Academy's  32-24 Win
  Colt Bailey continued his hot streak  on Friday by dropping his sixth-straight game (dating back to last season) with  at least 198  rushing yards. He rushed for 204 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 78 yards and a touchdown on only seven passes. He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 70-yard run.
 Bailey might have his next game, a road matchup with Oakbrook Prep, circled on his calendar. When  Bailey last faced the Knights  back in September, he rushed for 237 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 14.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 125 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 passes.

Charlie Bonds and Co. Win Seventh in a Row
  Charlie Bonds was instrumental in extending Richard Winn Academy's winning streak to seven on Friday. Bonds was dynamite, throwing for 184 yards and four touchdowns on perfect 7-for-7 passing, while also rushing for 73 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries.
 Richard Winn Academy's victory was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-0. Bonds and Richard Winn Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Laurens Academy at 7:30  p.m.  on October 25th.

Garrison Vaughan Makes It Two for Laurens Academy
 The second Laurens Academy player making an appearance here is  Garrison Vaughan, and for good reason. He wasn't messing around on Friday, forcing a fumble and making seven total tackles (3.5 for loss). The  contest was his sixth straight with seven or   more total tackles dating back to last season.
 For the year,  Vaughan  has averaged 8 total tackles per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 4.14  total tackles per game.

Cooper Posts Huge Game in  50-20  Win
 Another Laurens Academy player making an appearance on this list is  Mason Cooper. He rushed for 109 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries.
