They came out on top in a nail-biter against Espanola Valley on Saturday and snuck past 46-44. That's another feather in the cap for Pojoaque Valley, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Pojoaque Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Monique Arrietta, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Jasmine Valdez, who scored 14 points along with two blocks.
