After soaring to 80 points the game before, the St. Joseph Regional Green Knights were a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 62-24 loss at the hands of Don Bosco Prep. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for St. Joseph Regional in their matchups with the Ironmen: they've now lost seven in a row.
Despite the loss, St. Joseph Regional still got an impressive performance from Anthony Pacciarelli, who scored four points.
St. Joseph Regional's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-5. As for Don Bosco Prep, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-3.
St. Joseph Regional will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. DePaul Catholic will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Green Knights are ranked 27th). As for Don Bosco Prep, they will square off against the Gaels at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday. St. Mary has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 213 points over their last three games.
