Despite the loss, Crestwood had strong showings from AUDREY JULIAN, who had 21 digs and one assist, and MACY DAVIS, who had 32 digs and four aces. DAVIS has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played.
Meanwhile, Chagrin Falls got the win against Kirtland on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.
The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23, 25-17.
Crestwood better keep an eye on Sadie Conrad. She was instrumental in Chagrin Falls' win, getting 13 digs and one assist. Margaret Svette also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.
Crestwood's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Chagrin Falls, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.
