Bethel-Tate has been on the road for two straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Georgetown G-Men at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Bethel-Tate suffered their biggest loss since November 24, 2023 on Monday. They suffered a tough 58-35 defeat at the hands of Williamsburg. While losing is never fun, Bethel-Tate can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 617th, while Williamsburg is ranked 303rd).
Meanwhile, Georgetown was able to grind out a solid victory over Blanchester on Monday, taking the game 49-42. The win made it back-to-back wins for Georgetown.
Georgetown found their leader in underclassman Gabrielle Ernst, who scored 18 points along with three steals. Emily Bertram was another key contributor, scoring five points along with ten rebounds.
Bethel-Tate's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Georgetown, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.
