Robillard Came Up Big in Tupper Lake's 36-14 Victory
Starting off the list is Tupper Lake's Luke Robillard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Robillard rushed for 135 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making 15 total tackles.
If history really does repeat itself, Robillard might just drop another big game when he faces off against Waterville on Friday. Robillard rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Indians duked it out back in October of 2023.

Carter Highers posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 185 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 62 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Morrisville-Eaton pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Highers will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Notre Dame on Saturday.

Nolan Doxtater posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also picked up 65 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Thousand Islands moved to 2-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Doxtater and Thousand Islands will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Notre Dame at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.
