Grace Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Asheville Christian Academy only racked up nine assists.
Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ansley Fuchs, who posted nine points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Lauren Bass, who had nine points.
The win was the 12th in a row for Grace Christian, bringing their record for this year to 20-4.
