Rylan Reimolds' Big Game Leads Rushville-Industry over Heyworth
Starting off the list is Rushville-Industry's Rylan Reimolds, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Reimolds rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 58 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Reimolds might have his next game, a road matchup with Princeville, circled on his calendar. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Reimolds saw the Princes), he rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns.

Kaden Foglesong Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Astoria/VIT had to settle for second even though Kaden Foglesong put up the best numbers he has all season. Foglesong rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 76 yards.
Princeville's probably not too fond of Foglesong given he always seems to get the better of them. When Foglesong last faced the Princes back in September of 2023, he rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also picked up 73 receiving yards.

Green Posts Huge Game in 61-34 Defeat
Havana had to settle for second on Friday, but Cayden Green sure wasn't going down easily. Green was dynamite, rushing for 132 yards and two touchdowns, while also picking up 51 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Havana is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. Green and Havana will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Monmouth United at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

Rushville-Industry Wins Fifth-Straight Thanks to Jordan Mcginnis
Jordan Mcginnis was instrumental in extending Rushville-Industry's winning streak to five on Friday. Mcginnis was dynamite, rushing for 116 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
On the year, Mcginnis has run in 8 touchdowns while averaging 94.2 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had two rushing touchdowns.

Brady Downs Turns in Another Game with at Least 105 Rushing Yards
Brady Downs was instrumental in extending Rushville-Industry's winning streak to five on Friday. Downs' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105 rushing yards.
For the year, Downs has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 93.3 rushing yards per game.
