Wando faced Lucy Beckham in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Warriors fell just short of the Bengals by a score of 2-1. The Warriors' loss signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Wando started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-22, 15-4.

Adam Rasgo was nothing short of spectacular for Lucy Beckham: he had nine digs and three aces.

Wando's defeat dropped their record down to 21-5-1. As for Lucy Beckham, they pushed their record up to 26-4 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home.
