The Parkhill Christian Academy Chargers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They really took it to Varsity Opponent for the full four quarters, racking up a 73-40 victory at home. With that victory, Parkhill Christian Academy brought their scoring average up to 52 points per game.
Jeremy Frezquez was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 19 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Francisco Galindo was another key contributor, scoring six points along with 14 rebounds and three steals.
The win (which was Parkhill Christian Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 7-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Varsity Opponent, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 296-1137-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkhill Christian Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Colorado Legacy Sports at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Varsity Opponent, they will head out on the road to square off against Fisher at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
