Jack Diemert Turns in Season-Best Performance
Quaker Valley came up short on Friday despite Jack Diemert delivering his best game to date. Diemert rushed for 136 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also picked up 35 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 66 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Beaver picked up their fourth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Amari Jackson. Quaker Valley had no answer to Jackson as he picked up 108 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown.
Beaver pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Jackson and Beaver will host Avonworth at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Another Beaver player making an appearance on this list is Qualan Cain. He rushed for 99 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, and also picked up 30 receiving yards. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last four games he's played dating back to last season.
Quaker Valley's probably not too fond of Cain given he always seems to get the better of them. When Cain last faced the Quakers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 136 yards on only 13 carries.

A Season-Best Performance from Aaron Lawson Leads Central Valley over Hopewell
On Friday, Central Valley had to settle for second even though Aaron Lawson put up the best numbers he has all season. Lawson rushed for 53 yards and a touchdown. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles and defending two passes.
For the year, Lawson has averaged 6.2 receiving yards per game.
