Meanwhile, North pushed their score all the way to five on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 7-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of Skyline. Sadly, the result was nothing new as North, who hasn't won a game since December 13, 2023.
Carl Hayden Community's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-7-1. As for North, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-7-1.
Carl Hayden Community came out on top in a nail-biter against North in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, sneaking past 2-1. Will Carl Hayden Community repeat their success, or does North have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
