The Curtis Baptist Crusaders put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Sandhills 70-26 at home. Curtis Baptist has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.
Curtis Baptist's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Chas Beasley, who scored 12 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Shine, who scored 13 points along with two steals.
Curtis Baptist pushed their record up to 15-0 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Sandhills, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Ragin Prep Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Curtis Baptist will host Ragin Prep Christian Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Friday, while Sandhills will head out to face them at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
