They suffered a tough 76-51 loss at the hands of the Wildcats. Urban Prep-Bronzeville's loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jakari Dismukes, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Davion Worthy, who scored ten points.
Urban Prep-Bronzeville's defeat dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Manley, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.
Urban Prep-Bronzeville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Manley will be playing at home against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Austin College and Career Academy is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
