The Ridgeview Panthers''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their seventh straight loss. They took a 28-12 bruising from Crescent City.
Eric Jenkins was the offensive standout of the matchup as he rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 105 yards and a touchdown.
Ridgeview's loss was their ninth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their record down to 1-9. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 6.9 points per game. As for Crescent City, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6.
Ridgeview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Crescent City also has no future games currently scheduled.
