On Tuesday, the Wright City Lumberjax faced the Tushka Tigers in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Wright City came out on top against Tushka by a score of 40-31. Wright City's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Madison Carter continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 19 points along with 5 assists and 3 steals. The match was her fifth in a row with at least ten points. Ali Gibson was another key contributor, scoring 5 points along with 5 rebounds.
Wright City's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Tushka, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
