Holten Einkauf ran for two touchdowns and
Christian Wallace added three as well as
Sealy (Texas) defeated Royal (Brookshire, Texas) 62-30 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a Wallace touchdown run in the first quarter, the Tigers led 35-6 at the half.
Sealy expanded its lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. SHS scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown pass by Einkauf to
Tyler Eckhardt.
Sealy's standout player in the win was Wallace.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 41-11 win for Sealy.
The loss was the fourth in a row for the Falcons.
Sealy (3-2) will play a 3A Region IV District 25 game against Wharton next week, while Royal (0-4) will take on Columbus also in a 3A Region IV District 25 game.
