Softball Recap: Berry Has No Trouble Against West Charlotte

Berry's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They blew past the West Charlotte Lions 17-3. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by 14 runs or more this season.

Berry's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for West Charlotte, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

Coming up, Berry will host Olympic at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Berry is facing Olympic at the right time seeing as Olympic is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for West Charlotte, they are taking a road trip to take on Harding University at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Charlotte will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Harding University will have lost three straight heading into Tuesday's contest.
