After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Mary's Ryken, The Archbishop Carroll Lions were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 37-6 victory over Saint John Paul the Great Catholic. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 27-6.
Archbishop Carroll found their leader in underclassman TK Davis, who rushed for 210 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries. Davis really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriel Amadi, who rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown.
Archbishop Carroll now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Saint John Paul the Great Catholic, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Archbishop Carroll does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic also has no future games currently scheduled.
