 Hemingway had a senior duo take command as  Nasir Brooks  went 7 for 12  en route to 19 points in addition to six  boards and three  steals and  Xavier Washington  went 8 of 15  on his way to 20  points. Brooks is  crushing it when it comes to  steals: he's   grabbed at least three every time he's  taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was  Romance Hanna, who  posted eight points.
 Despite the loss, Johnsonville still got an impressive performance from   Takhari Ross, who  dropped  a double-double on 11  points and ten  rebounds. The dominant performance also gave  Ross a new career-high in  assists (eight).  Jackson Eaddy was another key player,  putting up ten points.
Hemingway has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a massive bump to their 4-11 record  this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 55.5 points per game. As for Johnsonville, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost five of their last six contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record  this season.
