McAllen Memorial was sadly handed a defeat on Thursday, but Braxton Speights did his best to prevent it. Speights' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 103 rushing yards.

Looking ahead, Speights and McAllen Memorial will face off against Rio Grande City at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. The last time Speights took on the Rattlers, he rushed for 77 yards and three TDs on only ten carries. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?
