Garland will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Rowlett at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Saturday, Garland kept a clean sheet against Lakeview Centennial. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Lakeview Centennial. The win was just what Garland needed coming off of a 4-1 defeat in their prior game.

Disidor Millan, which was the first he's scored this season.
Meanwhile, Rowlett faced off against Sachse for the first time this season, and Rowlett walked away the winners. They skirted past Sachse 1-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rowlett.
Garland has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4-1 record this season. As for Rowlett, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-4-1.
Garland came out on top in a nail-biter against Rowlett in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Garland since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
