On Saturday, Captain Shreve strolled past Hamilton Christian with points to spare, taking the game 54-39.
Captain Shreve got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ejoshua Mcdonald out in front who scored 18 points along with 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Mcdonald has scored at least 25% of Captain Shreve's points. The team also got some help courtesy of JD McDonald, who scored 11 points.
Captain Shreve's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Hamilton Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Captain Shreve will take on Loyola College Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hamilton Christian, they will be playing at home against LaGrange at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
