The Uniontown Eagles can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Monday. Everything went their way against Jayhawk Linn as Uniontown made off with a 51-28 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Uniontown.
When it comes to explaining why Jayhawk Linn lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ryan Broyles. Despite the final result, he scored nine points along with two steals and two blocks. It was the first time this season that Broyles posted two or more blocks. Another player making a difference was Bryton Spencer, who scored three points along with four steals.
Uniontown now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Jayhawk Linn, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
Uniontown will be playing at home against Pleasanton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pleasanton will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Uniontown surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jayhawk Linn, they will head out on the road to take on Erie at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Erie focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 last Friday.
