Morgan has gone 10-0 against South Summit recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Morgan Trojans are taking a road trip to square off against the South Summit Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Morgan's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight games.
Last Thursday, Morgan was fully in charge, breezing past Union 73-46. With the Trojans ahead 47-16 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Morgan found their leader in freshman Zoe Rockenfield, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten assists. The dominant performance gave Rockenfield a new career-high in assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Eva Birkeland, who posted 16 points and five steals.
Morgan smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in nine consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, South Summit unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a blow against Grantsville, falling 71-27. The game marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
Morgan will have to keep a close watch on Remi Arnout and Emree Woolstenhulme, a pair of players who had a big impact on South Summit's prior game. Arnout put up seven points, while Woolstenhulme had no points. Emilee Mcnulty also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.
Morgan is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for South Summit, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Morgan has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 30.5 rebounds per game. However, it's not like South Summit struggles in that department as they've been averaging 38.3 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Morgan skirted past South Summit 57-54 in their previous matchup back in January. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was South Summit's Emma Broadbent, who dropped a double-double on 32 points and 27 rebounds. Now that she's got a second chance to win this matchup, will Morgan still be able to contain Broadbent? There's only one way to find out.
