Emmanuel Fitzgerald went supernova for San Mateo, rushing for 171 yards and three touchdowns. San Mateo also got a significant boost from Gabe Buenrostro, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 92 yards.
San Mateo's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Leading the way was Nalesoni Fakava and his two sacks.
