A Season-Best Performance from Eric Myles Leads Enochs over Gregori
Sadly, Eric Myles posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Enochs over Gregori on Friday. Myles rushed for 269 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 14.9 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 65 yards.
Enochs is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. Their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Pitman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Emmanuel Vasquez Turns in Season-Best Performance
Emmanuel Vasquez produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Gregori to the win on Friday. Vasquez threw for 245 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 35 yards and a touchdown.
Gregori's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Jaguars challenges Modesto at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Silva Posts Huge Game in 66-6 Victory
Turlock picked up their third consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Scout Silva. Nobody could stop Silva as he threw for 314 yards and six touchdowns while completing 81.3% of his passes.
Turlock now has a winning record of 4-3. Silva will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Downey on Friday.

Carson Lamb Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Carson Lamb was instrumental in extending Downey's winning streak to seven on Friday. Lamb was excellent, throwing for 406 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. The performance once again pushed his average passing yardage north of 300 yards per game (309.6). He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last six games he's played dating back to last season.
Lamb must have Modesto's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Lamb threw for 397 yards and six touchdowns while completing 90.9% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground the last time he and the Panthers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Alton Williams Goes Supernova in Gregori Victory
Gregori's five-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Alton Williams. Williams did his part (and then some), picking up 79 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 135 yards while picking up 7.1 yards per carry for the 'W'.
This year, Williams has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 32.3 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 1.67 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 108.5 rushing yards.
