The Indian Creek Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fifth straight loss. They were the victim of a rough 89-64 defeat at the hands of St. John's Catholic Prep. Indian Creek has not had much luck with St. John's Catholic Prep recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Aiden Evans, who scored 19 points. Kyle Harvin was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Indian Creek's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for St. John's Catholic Prep, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indian Creek will take on St. Mary's at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. John's Catholic Prep, they will be playing at home against Annapolis Area Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Annapolis Area Christian is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
