Vail Christian's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-5. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 13.8 points per game. As for Caprock Academy, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-3.
Vail Christian will look to defend their home court on Thursday against South Park at 4:00 p.m. As for Caprock Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Rangely at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rangely is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
