While it always takes a team to win, one person punching above their weight class on Wednesday was Nikhil Parikh. He wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with six or more strikeouts.

Parikh's strong effort led Salisbury School over Frederick Gunn and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Highlanders are limping into the matchup having lost six straight on the road.
