After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Decatur, Mardela was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Washington Jaguars, sneaking past 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since April 18, 2024.

Mardela's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Washington, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-15.
