The Orchard View Cardinals lost against the Whitehall Vikings back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Orchard View was the victim of a rough 68-43 loss at the hands of Whitehall. Orchard View has not had much luck with Whitehall recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Leading Whitehall to victory were Camar Ready and Camden Thompson. Ready scored 15 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals, while Thompson dropped a double-double on 18 points and 14 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of DJ Jamison, who scored 12 points.
Orchard View's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Whitehall, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Orchard View will look to defend their home court on Friday against Montague at 7:00 p.m. As for Whitehall, they will head out on the road to face off against Spring Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
